This week Joe Arnao reports the weekly activity plus wraps up the January. Numbers are moving in a positive direction. Cape Cod real estate has sold more and at a hight average price this past month compared to January 2009.
The activity in the Cape Cod real esate market is steady month to month. The properties going under agreement are across the board. The Cape Cod real estate market is very active for this time of year.
Some waterfront proeprties are selling for much less than they would have in the past. REO and short sales still are offering great opportunities. Many of the well priced Cape Cod real estate properties are only on the market for a matter of a few days.
